Let’s talk about WWE Raw that aired July 10th, 2023. One that saw Seth vs Dominick (kind of), a memorable promo between Ricochet & Logan Paul, Becky take on Zoey Stark with Trish at ringside, McIntyre in tag team action with Matt Riddle, Cody laying down a SummerSlam challenge to Brock Lesnar and more!
I liked the note about Rollins being overexposed. I feel that Judgement Day might be approaching that threshold as well. I enjoy both Rollins and TJD right now, but I worry they will run them dry with the audience soon.
I felt like Cody’s speeches are getting more rambling than ever. I think he just suffers from having a feud with an absent opponent. He has to drive the narrative forward alone and still keep the crowd invested.
That segment about Cody’s lisp and victimhood culture being used to ascend to power was hard to listen to. What are we talking about anymore?
I went off the rails briefly but I stand by what i said. His lisp takes away from his promos.
